4. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove, disable access to, or restrict the allegedly infringing content if we determine the claim is valid.
• Notify the content provider or user who posted the allegedly infringing material of the removal or restriction.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include:

Send your counter-notice to the same address as your DMCA notice. We will process your counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law. If valid, we may reinstate the removed content within 10-14 business days after receiving your counter-notice.

6. Repeat Infringement Policy

MVA Apply has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

MVA Apply acts as a platform and intermediary. We are not responsible for content posted by third parties, including independent attorneys, law firms, or other users.
